Your Challenge

Responsible for processing customer orders and issuing invoices Responsible for processing purchase orders to factories Tracking order confirmations, delivery timelines, and factory coordination Handling warranty and return process Coordinating with proposal managers to ensure that commercial offers align with contractual terms and technical specifications  Applying standard payment terms and managing escalations or deviations in pricing Ensuring accuracy in commercial offers, including cost breakdowns and margin analysis Support in financial and controlling reports Collaborating with colleagues across finance, sales and technical teams  Ensuring compliance with Siemens’ commercial policies, including export controls and tax regulations  Ensure high level quality in all communication on behalf of Siemens with end customers to guarantee their satisfaction Actively proposing process optimizations Perform and record all order activities in SAP system (e.g. Order Entry, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, etc.)

What you need to bring with you

BSc in Economics or relevant fieldMSc will be considered as an asset1-2 years of business/commercial experienceExperience as SAP user Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spokenGrowth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearnResults/ Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environmentNatural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questionsSelf-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on timeStrong customer service orientation and problem solving
