Business Control Specialist – Finance Department

As a global leader in the chemical sector, we are now looking for a Business Control Specialist to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Business Control Specialist, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring that our rebate and prebate processes are executed with precision and transparency. Your responsibilities will include:

Rebate Invoice Management: Review rebate invoice requirements for compliance and accuracy and process them efficiently in SAP.Reporting & Communication: Distribute mid-month and monthly reports to Sales Management and Customer Service, providing clear insights into rebate activity and financial metrics.Month-End Support: Collaborate with Customer Service to review and validate the month-end accrual file, ensuring accurate financial closing.Market Monitoring: Prepare and share monthly updates on inflation and exchange rates, supporting informed business decisions.Contract Analysis: Conduct P&L analysis for new customer contracts, secure necessary approvals, and ensure accurate setup in internal systems like Pusula.Special Projects: Take part in cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects that enhance our financial processes and systems.

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university3+ years of experience in a similar finance or business control role, preferably in a multinational companyStrong understanding of financial data, basic accounting principles, and P&L structuresFluency in English and TurkishAdvanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a strong plusExcellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skillsStrong communication abilities and a collaborative mindsetA high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
