Anaplan is used as our primary tool to support the Real Estate forecasting modeling process. With the modeling team you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing financial models in Anaplan. Proficiency in financial modeling tools is essential. In the future, other financial modeling tools like Forbury (Altus Group) will also be supported. You will be required to translate business requirements into model design and responsible for the timely delivery of new functionality according to the Agile SCRUM methodology. You will be interacting with business users and required to support them with their modeling process and internal and external reporting. **Key Responsibilities** + Translate business requirements into model design; + Implement model enhancements or new models and test end-user processes; + Respond to business inquiries involving the models and related process questions; + Develop queries and reports using complex table matrices to support dataflow to and from Anaplan; + Work on complex model challenges where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors; + Collaborate with colleagues (business and Digital & Technology) to deliver efficient support to the forecasting process; + Participate in Agile SCRUM projects. **What do you have to offer us?** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, with an emphasis on Information Technology or Computer Science; + Financial Industry experience is required; + You are familiar with income statements, balances, capital expenditures, loan balances/amortization/interest; + Good MS-Excel knowledge and preferably financial modeling experience using Excel; + Real Estate Industry experience is preferred; + Anaplan Certified Model Builder certificate is preferred; + Hands-on Anaplan experience is preferred; + Experience with classic dashboarding as well as Anaplan NUX is preferred; + Experience with Agile/Scrum is preferred; + Self-motivated, smart and quick to learn; + Interest in, and focus on, customers and passionate about creating a fluent user experience; + Pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude; + Excellent oral and writing skills in English. **What we offer** + An opportunity to work for a leading real asset investment manager. + A varied role with flexibility to deep dive into your areas of your interest. + Competitive salary + discretionary annual bonus. + 25 days of annual leave per year. 5 May, 24 December and 31 December are also granted as full days of leave.
