You will be a Financial Management Manager at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control's Archbald site, a multi-shift manufacturing facility that produces complex electronic and mechanical assemblies. Our team is responsible for tracking and managing performance to ensure cost, schedule, and technical excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Management Manager, you will track and manage performance across the project lifecycle, coordinating with functional departments to collect and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data. You will research and analyze historical data, develop cost models, and participate in fact-finding meetings to inform business decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Experienced in presenting to senior Management
• Strong analytical and strategic/critical thinking skills
• Ability to train and develop peers and team members
• Experience supporting a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
• Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership Behaviors
• Financial analysis, cost control, and Manpower/Staffing analysis skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
• High degree of experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Financial systems (EFS, Cobra, Oracle)
• High degree of experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control MRP systems and labor clocking (SAP, S4 Hana, Apriso)
• Effective organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge/experience with MFC and/or Archbald
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
