Financial Manager
**Description:** This position will be responsible for leading all aspects of the consolidated overhead financials for the Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation \(EBDT\) organization including the execution and delivery of financial planning and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting, long\-range planning, and financial reporting\. This position will act as a liaison between the EBDT functional vice presidents and the finance team, translating their financial needs into actionable plans\. This position is considered a high visibility, high impact position within the Enterprise Operations finance organization\. Specific responsibilities include: • Partner with the EBDT finance leadership team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a ~$2\.5B expense portfolio • Analyze financial trends and lead the preparation and presentation of monthly EBDT consolidated financial reporting to support data\-driven decision\-making and actionable insights • Prioritize and enhance customer relationship with EBDT functional vice presidents, Business Area CIOs, and PMO office • Partner with EBDT PMO and finance team to execute key financial strategic initiatives \(cost trending, multi\-year affordability challenge mitigation, 1LMX benefits tracking, etc\.\) • Lead and facilitate IT capital planning activities • Lead Site Finance and IWTA administration activities for business area requested IT support • Identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities in the financial planning processes **Basic Qualifications:** • Strong business acumen / Executive engagement • Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting / forecasting, reporting / compliance, cost accounting, & overhead rate management • Business case development / tradeoff analysis • Experience leading cross team integration / collaboration **Desired Skills:** • Experience leading cross team integration/collaboration • Experience with Capital Planning and Analysis • Experience with CMS\-140 software capital policy • Experience with Forward Price Rate Proposal development • Experience supporting IT services or advanced technologies • Motivated leader & self\-starter **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $122,000 \- $211,485\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
