FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the G-F Division ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Responsibilities You will formulate budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will provide knowledge of various types of software to accomplish tasks. You will perform specialized work involving managerial or administrative work in connection with accounting systems; analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions. You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing managerial or administrative functions in connection with accounting systems; analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions associated with the oversight and control of financial resources to include payroll and voucher processing. GS-7: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with administrative functions in connection with accounting systems; analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions associated with the oversight and control of financial resources to include payroll and voucher processing. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-9: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related or A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent. GS-7: One full year of graduate level education or Superior Academic Achievement or A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
