Financial ERP System Specialist
**General Summary** Under general supervision, provides functional support to our team, contributing to the development, implementation and support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Works closely with Finance and other business teams to support the ERP implementation, ongoing development, analysis, and user support needs. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Remote Work Capable** **Essential Functions:** + Serves as Oracle ERP Cloud experience resource in multiple modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expenses, Grants, Projects, Cash Management, Leases, Enterprise Contracts and Financial Consolidation. + Works collaboratively with the Finance Release Manager to improve process flow and user documentation for financial modules in Oracle related to quarterly updates. + Assists with business process re-engineering, financial data structure redesign and related business rule updates to enable an efficient implementation and adoption of best practices. + Works collaboratively with the Finance Release Manager to develop test cases, user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate. + Works directly with Oracle support by opening Service Requests and implementing solutions. + Makes decisions at the project team level, and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis. + Supports system upgrades and enhancements with minimal disruption to operations. Supports multiple concurrent environments. + Works cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement in operational performance. + Partners with key super users to develop and evolve the applications within the suite while ensuring a stable, productive environment. **Common Expectations:** + Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise. + Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. + Utilizes solid documentation and organization skills - ability to take complex requirements and efficiently summarize them into actionable items. + Maintains strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms. + Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively work with others. **Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** + Bachelors Degree In Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Information Technology. Required **Work Experience:** + 0-2 years experience working with Cloud ERP application and all available modules Preferred **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. + Must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess strong public speaking skills. + Strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively work with others. + Strong attention to detail. **Quality of Life** Founded in 1741, the city of York is considered by many as the first capital of the United States.
