You and Your JobAs a Financial Economic Crime, Transaction Monitoring Senior Analyst you will be successful by leveraging your investigative expertise to detect, assess, and escalate suspicious activity that safeguards Rabobank’s integrity and strengthens its commitment to financial crime prevention.
As a Senior Analyst within Rabobank's Financial Economic Crime Transaction Monitoring team, you'll play a vital role in identifying and escalating potential financial crime risks through rigorous analysis and investigation. Your expertise will directly support the bank’s mission to uphold integrity, protect our customers, and comply with global regulatory standards. By mentoring junior team members, improving monitoring processes, and collaborating across departments, you’ll help strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of our first line of defense. Job ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough reviews of client transactions and behavioral activities flagged by various monitoring systems to identify potentially suspicious patterns in alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
Investigate complex alerts, applying advanced analytical skills to evaluate contextual information, determine escalation needs, and ensure consistency in decision-making.
Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to build team expertise and maintain high-quality output.
Provide input on process enhancements and system improvements, advocating for smart automation and controls that enable scalable, risk-based monitoring practices.
Your Promise to Us:To be considered for the FEC Transaction Monitoring Senior Analyst role, you must have:
4+ years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or financial crime compliance investigations
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent industry experience

Salary Expectations:Target Hiring Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
