About the Role

Finacial Business Partner to CEO & CTO Intelligize, Sr Decision Support Manager, LN NAUK CFO, Intelligize Commercial Team and LNNA Decision Support Team, playing a key role in strategic reporting and tactical planning for the business supported.

Responsibilities:

Providing decision support resources for actual revenue, cost tracking, analytics, expenses and other key metrics forecasting cycles

Partnering with go-to-market teams to identify business planning assumptions, key drivers of performance and risks and opportunities

Improving management information and analytics to deliver timely, forward-looking, actionable data to support effective decision making

Delivering key financial performance data and insights through sales dashboards and renewal metric reporting

Supporting our Senior Finance Manager and Intelligize CEO for budgeting, forecasting, strategy plans and preparing presentations

Leveraging financial systems and tools to automate reports and to continuously improve our processes to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

Enjoy using a data-driven approach to uncover insights and opportunities

BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics 5 years or more finance experience, primarily in financial reporting and/or financial planning and analysis

Demonstrate a robust knowledge and application of financial systems, processes and metrics

Have advanced level Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint, Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Salesforce or similar systems

Show excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting

Have experience of achieving results in an international environment, with appreciation of differences in culture and legal frameworks

Have great relevant experience in financial reporting, analysis and forecasting
