Financial Data and Reporting Ops Analyst is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of delivery for statements, fee disclosures, confirmations and other correspondence sent to 401(k) plan participants and sponsors.

Solid foundation of quality assurance testingCommunication- Demonstrates the ability to communicate quality assurance test findings to various business partners to facilitate resolution Analytical skills – Able to analyze data, recognize a defect or variance, report and escalate when neededPrioritization – Understands how to prioritize workload based on criticality, regulatory requirements and internal client needOwnership – Demonstrates personal accountability to ensure accuracy of statements and correspondence that are within their scope of responsibilityStrong knowledge of all MS software, especially Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills:
Experience and knowledge of document / correspondence creation processesKnowledge of systems of record used to manage retirement accounts and processes, MLII, iGate, Content Manager On Demand (CMOD)Highly organized with the ability to produce error-free work. Effective problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously once role responsibilities are definedExperience working with multiple business partners and comfortable navigating various organizations to ensure right stakeholders are involvedShift:
