Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) is looking for a dynamic, results oriented finance professional to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to make history as part of a growing business by working closely with operations teams in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, internal controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, monitoring and adherence to KPI’s as well as continuous improvement while collaborating with a team of financial analysts.
In this role, the incumbent will report to the Plant Controller and the role will be based out of Fort Worth, TX. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite. We are seeking a dynamic Financial Data Analyst to join our finance team, combining traditional financial analysis with advanced data analytics capabilities to drive digital transformation and business insights.

Position Overview:
This hybrid role will leverage both financial expertise and data analysis skills to enhance our financial operations through technology and analytics. The position reports to the Plant Controller and is based in Fort Worth, TX (3 days onsite, hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
Fully involve and drive tasks including but not limited to revenue and cost recognition, month-end closing, and forecastingIdentify and implement process improvements using data-driven insightsDesign and implement visualization dashboards for financial metricsSupport cross-functional digitalization projects within FinanceAutomate routine financial processes and reportsCreate and maintain documentation for new tools and processesManage CAPEX activities including PO issuance, asset tracking, and reconciliationEnsure compliance with financial reporting guidelines and internal controlsYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or data science 3 plus years of experience in Accounting and Financial AnalysisPreferred qualifications:
Working knowledge of SAP FICO. Proven track record of performing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to network, collaborate and willingness to learn Experience using automation tools such as Knime, Alteryx, and Tableau will be a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task Manufacturing experience a plusBenefits and Perks:

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.About Siemens:
