Description Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated Financial Data Analyst to support an ongoing PDF migration initiative. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of data management, software testing, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will assist in the manual execution of daily tasks while proprietary tools are in development and help ensure a seamless transition through rigorous software testing and process validation. This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial technology environment. Candidates should be comfortable navigating evolving systems and clearly articulating insights and findings to cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: + Perform and complete daily operational tasks related to the PDF data migration process. + Participate in testing new software features and workflow enhancements in a staging/test environment. + Identify, document, and report system bugs, usability issues, and process gaps. + Clearly summarize test results and communicate findings to project managers and developers. + Provide feedback and suggestions to improve functionality and user experience. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and implemented solutions.
