Main responsibilities:
Review, analyze and improve costs to achieve cost efficiencyProvides the FP&A team and the Management team with valuable reports and insight into the business to support operational and strategic decision makingProvides support in defining the annual budget, forecast and monthly cost projections, including budget consolidation and reporting to FP&AComply with applicable company policies and proceduresRecommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivityMonthly variance analysis explanations and P&L presentation sharing with dependent departments (mainly FP&A)Maintain the calculations and communication with stakeholders for the budget-driven accruals processAnalyze and ensure accuracy of the HR costs and BS positionsPrepare monthly Admin Rebill, Management fees and equivalent fees, including associated deferrals and corrections, if necessary, in accordance with Transfer Pricing rulesEnsure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIsAd-hoc support:
Provide Financial analysis, reporting and calculations to support decision making in various areasAssist project teams with financial guidanceProvide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issuesAssisting the department with other financial functions as requested by the line managerPerform other tasks and projects as necessary and applicable to the FC teamRequirements
Technical skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or economics (preferred)Strong knowledge in Analysis and Controlling areasProficiency in Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience with SAP is a plusMinimum of 5 years in accounting, analysis, controlling or finance rolesProficient in English (C1); Dutch/French is a plusSoft skills:
