Overview Monthly, quarterly and interim reporting of actual figures under IFRS standards Liaising with GL&Tax and Financial Operations departments for month end closing to ensure an accurate and timely reporting. Reporting annual/quarterly CSR figures. Present financial results to Head of Finance on monthly basis for all relevant departments. Deal with audit queries to achieve timely sign off of the statutory accounts. Overview of the monthly preparations of FMC (financial management control) files. Oversee the FMC audit missions. Controlling / reviewing the chart of accounts. Provide ad hoc analyses & reports as required Improve automation of all reporting and format of reporting Qualifications At least 5 years experience in a similar position withing a multinational company. Very good knowledge of IFRS standards. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management reporting system. Excellent analytical and communication skills Fluent spoken and written English Excellent Excel skills The ability to work on own initiative in order to meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight timescales Experience in managing a secure and transparent internal control environment Highly structured and organised Additional information =
