In this pivotal role, you’ll do more than just manage numbers. As the Financial Controller, you’ll lead the coordination, analysis, and reporting of our financial performance, ensuring accuracy and insight at every step. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining a strong internal control framework and supporting cross-functional teams with strategic financial guidance.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee timely and accurate delivery of financial actuals for FCI, working closely with Global Functional Controllers and other colleaguesSupport thorough analytical review of financial statements, including variances analysis against actuals and comparisons to prior periodsMonitor Balance Sheet and address open items in a timely manner to ensure financial stability and accuracyEnsure compliance with dsm-firmenich Accounting Rules, international, and local statutory accounting standards to maintain integrity of financial statements and management reportsSupport annual budget preparationProvide ad-hoc support for financial controlling activities to FC&A senior management, Business Unit finance teams and others

You Bring:

Self-motivation and resilience, with a drive for continuous learning and growthMinimum of 10 years relevant experience in Accounting/Controlling required; experience in manufacturing environment preferredKnowledge of financial control processes, IFRS principles and financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingSAP experience is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levelsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $97,000-$110,000.

 

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
