Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Wednesday- Friday, 8:00 a.m – 4:30 p.m. during training. After training is complete, you will be scheduled Wednesday – Friday 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. In person training is required for up to six weeks. You will be remote once fully trained.

We are seeking a Financial Clearance Representative to:
Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, complete coordination of benefit changes, calculate and collect patient financial obligations. Manage patient insurance referral obligations, enter referrals, and link to appropriate upcoming appointments. Answer inbound and make outbound calls as needed, availability via the telephone is a key part of this role.
