STS Technical Services is hiring a Financial Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Savannah, Georgia. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning complex data into business insights that drive strategic decision-making.

In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments, build financial models, and help shape the future of an industry-leading organization through performance analysis, forecasting, and operational alignment.

What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare and analyze variance reports comparing actual results to forecasts Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Track key performance indicators and recommend strategies for improvement Partner with business units to understand operational drivers and align financial outcomes Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership Support new project and investment decisions through business case analysis Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance financial reporting systems Present data-driven insights and recommendations to finance and operations teams What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or business analysis Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL or similar data querying tools Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms Knowledge of GAAP, balance sheet reconciliation, and variance analysis Strategic thinking and the ability to connect financial data to business goals Role Overview: Location: Savannah, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Aerospace, Engineering, Finance Work Environment: On-site position Why STS Technical Services?
