Reporting to the Business application Manager, the candidate will be working within the IT Group with a focus on the finance business function. The role will support the Finance organization across North America during the MS Dynamics 365 FO ERP implementation.\r\n

Key Responsibilities:\r\nGather and document finance requirements in support of the MS D365 FO ERP implementation\r\nSupport the Finance team during the MS D365 configuration, testing and cutover preparation\r\nLead an execute testing scenarios for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets\r\nProvide functional support for AP invoice automation in MS D365 \r\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications, and contribute to process design documentation\r\nEnsure finance data accuracy\r\nAssist in identifying and implementing system improvements and process optimization\r\nProvide training to users from Finance team, create supporting documentation and job aids\r\nWork closely with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues\r\nLiaise closely with internal resources and External Consultants and communicate appropriately to all involved parties\r\n\r\n
