**What You'll Get To Do:**
+ Administer the company's 401(k), Pension and Non-Qualified plans in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Oversee plan operations including contributions, distributions, loans, conversions, and vesting calculations.
+ Reconcile plan assets and contributions; support plan audits, addressing findings and resolving discrepancies.
+ Collaborate with payroll, HR, legal, investment teams, third‑party administrators, and recordkeepers to drive seamless execution.
+ Work with Recordkeeper data received in varied formats and systems in order to reconcile Plan Assets.
+ Maintain rigorous internal controls, SOPs, and documentation to ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and audit requirements.
+ Perform annual nondiscrimination, top‑heavy, and compliance testing
+ Identify process improvements; streamline workflows in a high velocity, deadline oriented environment.
+ Maintain the plan's records and files.
+ Other administrative duties as needed.
**Qualifications**
**What You'll Bring:**
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
+ Fidelity PSW platform and Workday experience required
+ 3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong Analytical Abilities: Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, v lookups), compliance testing, and numeric problem solving.
**Problem Solving**
+ Exceptional Detail Orientation: Highly accurate with data tracking, reconciliations, and regulatory filings.
+ Technology Savvy: Proficient in retirement plan administration systems and able to adapt quickly to new tools.
+ Highly Motivated: Self starter who takes initiative on tasks, prioritizes effectively, and thrives under pressure.
+ Have proven ability working with plan documents (Basic Plan Document, Adoption Agreement, Summary Plan Description (SPD), Amendments, Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) and annual notices)
+ Needs to be a self starter and be able to work independently
**Communications**
+ Collaborate with payroll, HR, legal, investment teams, third party administrators, and recordkeepers to drive seamless execution.
**Other Requirements**
+ Must be able to work in the Newark office

The wage range of $70,000 - $90,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
