You will be a Senior Financial Analyst on the LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team, driving program finance excellence and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Our team supports program finance activities from proposal to closeout.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support Program Finance Managers, Bus Ops Sr Manager (BMIT), and Program Management teams in all aspects of program finance. You will manage program business and financial performance, earned value management, and financial planning and analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing program business and financial performance from proposal to closeout
• Earned value management and reporting, including IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, and CSDR
• Financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting, including quarterly CSR positions and charts
• Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure alignment with company processes
• Preparing and presenting program-level earned value and financial performance reports

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

-Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & Reporting

-Program Finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis and Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasted.
Desired Skills:
-Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau
-Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
-Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
-Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR)
-Working knowledge of Cobra
-Experience and ability to interface with senior management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
