About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support our Graduate Medical Education (GME) service line. As a member of a small, high-impact team, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support for academic healthcare operations

What You’ll Do:

Manage financial analysis, reporting, and accounting processes for the GME programLead budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of financial performance in alignment with regulatory and strategic goalsDevelop and deliver ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to guide leadership decisionsUtilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to identify trends, opportunities, and insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, academic leadership, and operational teamsContribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education:

Required:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or AccountingPreferred:Master’s degree (MBA or related field)

Experience:

Required:5 years of finance or accounting experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in healthcare finance
