You will engage periodically with all levels of management and play a critical role in supporting clinical or business service lines. **Your role within the team:** + Serve as a financial representative for an assigned clinical or business service line. + Lead or support the preparation and continuous improvement of financial analysis, reporting, and general accounting processes. + Facilitate and analyze data related to operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning. + Prepare and ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting, and maintain compliance with capital asset management requirements. + Coordinate and manage the charge master, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Handle multiple priorities effectively while delivering exceptional customer service. + Develop and demonstrate leadership capabilities by leading or participating in finance-related projects. + Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications:** Required-:Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Preferred: Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration **_Preferred:_** _CPA_ Minimum of 5 years of related finance experience.
