About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting and strategic planning for hospital drug pricing programs, including 340B initiatives, pharmacy operations, and BayCare Medical Group. This is an ideal role for a financial professional who enjoys working with data, driving efficiency, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver measurable impact in healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the enhancement and streamlining of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisProvide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis for drug pricing, focusing on 340B pharmacy programs and related initiativesPrepare and deliver ad-hoc reports and financial presentations to leadership and stakeholdersDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Business Intelligence (BI) platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for financial optimization and complianceStay current on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting drug pricing and reimbursementPerform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or AccountingPreferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
Required: 5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting1 year of experience in healthcare financePreferred:1 year of experience related to 403B or drug pricing/340B programs
