We are looking for a Sales Senior Financial Analyst to join our Grid Software team. This is a remote position based in the Southeast/Eastern US region
You’ll make an impact as you:
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activitiesProactively assist with revenue, sales, and cost analysisContribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including productivity reviews, P&L/Balance Sheet analysis, margin analysis, and backlog reportingPrepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and forecastsDevelop and maintain management reporting and routine business analysisPrepare ad-hoc analyses and support special projects as neededManage and continuously improve processesYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.8+ years of expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting, and process improvement is preferred, accompanied by in-depth knowledge of financial planning and data analysis methodologies.Experience in a software business, including Software License, Maintenance and Support (M&S), Software as a Service (SaaS) and familiarity with KPIs of a software business (ARR, MRR)Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, analyze complex models, and generate business insights.Experience with digitalization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and proven ability to stay up to date with current developments in the fieldKnowledge of IFRS 15 / US GAAP ASC 606 Revenue RecognitionGreat written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to travel 5% domestically. Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (current U.S.-based Siemens employees with visas will be considered).· Experience with digitalization tools (Power BI, or similar) and proven ability to stay up to date with current

The pay range for this position is $89,670. - $153,720. annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
