As a Associate Financial Analyst- Level 1 located in Chandler, AZ you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
In this job, you will:
Active participation in program Earned Value in compliance to CPR/IPMR data reporting requirements; including preparation of earned value deliverables ensuring compliance, timeliness and accuracy
Support baseline efforts, and Initial Baseline Reviews (IBR’s) with customers
Prepare EACs to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates, and revisions
Preparation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Engineering and Program Management
Internal and External support of compliance audits
Balancing multiple projects and prioritize
Maintain the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics

Basic Qualifications:
Level 1- Bachelor’s degree with experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills oral and written
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate financial/program information efficiently within a matrix organization
Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry
Active DOD or ability/willingness to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Salary Range: $52,800.00 - $79,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
