Whether or not you serve in a clinical role, every member of the Cleveland Clinic team is a caregiver. As a Financial Analyst III, you will provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support the needs of the organization. In this role, you will assume responsibility for standard general ledger reconciliations, expenses analysis and Chargemasters.
**A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information.
+ Provide support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and other issues.
+ Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes.
+ Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
+ Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and three years of financial management or general analytical experience OR Cleveland Clinic Fellow experience and two years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience
+ Ability to complete complex analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation
+ Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's Degree
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certification
+ Healthcare experience

**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
+ In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
+ In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
**Pay Range**
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
