As a Financial Analyst III, you will provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support the needs of the organization. In this role, you will assume responsibility for standard general ledger reconciliations, expenses analysis and Chargemasters. **A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information. + Provide support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and other issues. + Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes. + Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. + Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution as assigned.
