This position will provide support to the Sr. Manager, Finance and will partner directly with Global Function leaders. **Position Objective** Develop positive relationships with business leaders for financial reporting, OpEx, CAPEX, and closing. **Responsibilities** + Prepare month-end close journal entries and reporting, update reporting files daily, and track CAPEX and depreciation. + Collaborate with global management to develop regular monthly/quarterly management reporting packages, including financial and key performance indicator metrics. + Cost center and headcount management to ensure accuracy for internal managerial reporting and optimize prioritization to drive operational efficiency. + Support the consolidation of monthly forecasts and provide insights to global management and finance leads. **Experience & Requirements** + Must have: Proficient in Hyperion planning system, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms a plus. + Familiarity with a tier 1 ERP system (E1, SAP, etc.) a plus. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience required. + 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs, preferably in a matrixed organization. **Benefits** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. + Collaborative and inclusive company culture. + Access to brand new technologies and resources. + Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
