Description
We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst II to join a team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. As part of the Rebates and Fees Team within the Commercial Services division, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in customer rebate contracts and administrative fees. This is a hybrid, long-term contract position requiring three days onsite each week.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and analyze rebate and fee settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process and manage the timely payment and reporting of rebates and administrative fees using revenue management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve questions related to contract language, customer requirements, and agreement setup.
• Support the principal analyst by handling workload requests and assisting with various financial tasks.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of contract terms to ensure all rebate and fee obligations are met promptly and accurately.
• Communicate market share updates and settlement details to customers in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve rebate or fee-related issues by partnering with internal teams.
• Generate detailed reports on contract performance and settlement activities for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and compliance in rebate and fee administration.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role, with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred: Advanced capabilities in Excel for complex data analysis.
