In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes through accurate reporting of order bookings, as well as reconciliation and reporting of various financial accounts.
• Responsible for creating and posting key journal entries, and for identifying and resolving errors related to invalid cost centers.
• Support the US Projects operations and management teams by maintaining and finalizing month-end financial packages for engineering centers.
• Prepare monthly product group reports and quarterly forecasts for the USOps business.
• Perform account reconciliations and other month-end general accounting procedures.
• Propose alternative ideas and actions to improve the efficiency of daily financial activities.
• Handle other ad hoc requests and create reports to support management teams, as assigned.

Who You Are:

You will support the US Operations organization and collaborate closely with US Product and Projects personnel to help ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals.
 

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A BA or BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience, or
• A Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 year of accounting or financial analysis experience.

  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: • Willingness and ability to travel to the United States (less than 10% travel expected).
