About the Role

As a Financial Analyst at Reed Tech, you will support the Finance team with reporting, analysis, and planning activities that enable informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain foundational experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and performance tracking in a global business environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and receive mentorship and support as you develop your career.

RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly performance reports and dashboards. Analyze trends in revenue and expenses to support commentary and insight for business partners.Planning & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by updating financial models, tracking key metrics, and helping prepare presentation materials for leadership.Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to gather inputs and assist in financial impact assessments for pricing changes, product initiatives, and customer activity.Data Integrity & Process: Ensure accuracy in data and maintain documentation of financial processes. Work with senior team members to improve reporting efficiency through automation or system enhancements.Project Support: Contribute to ad hoc analysis and financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business (preferred but not required)Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas); familiarity with PowerPointEagerness to learn financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BIStrong attention to detail, with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetEffective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
