As a Financial Analyst, you will support core finance functions including month-end close, budgeting, and reporting, while partnering with teams to deliver clear financial insights. It also plays a key part in ensuring compliance with internal controls and contributing to a collaborative, goal-driven finance team.
FP&A, Reporting & Business Partnering
Support monthly and year-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting by partnering with departments to understand trends and future needs.
Help analyze financial results, including variances in production and spending, to support decision-making.
Contribute to statutory and internal reporting needs by preparing accurate financial statements and projections.
Compliance & Internal Controls
Help ensure financial processes follow SOX, GAAP, and internal policies.
Support audits and internal control reviews by keeping documentation clear and up to date.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to share financial insights and support business goals.
Be an active team player—contributing ideas, learning from peers, and helping achieve shared results.
What you need
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
Preferred
1+ Years Accounting experience, financial and/or cost accounting.
1+ Years Operational experience, inventory experience
