Responsibilities + Financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and budget development + Review monthly financial statements, labor detail and communicate key drivers to Operations/Executives + Summarize trend and actual to budget variances and prepare/execute improvement plans + Aide in preparation of monthly forecast + Develop and/or modify financial models with changing business needs + Collaborate effectively with field operations and across functional departments to provide high-level analysis and drive overall program success + Assist with detailed annual budget process + Conduct ad hoc reporting/special projects + Training of operational personnel on aspects of systems, accounting and finance + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Science preferred + Understanding of Financial Statements and core accounting concepts (e.g. accruals) + Minimum of two to three years of financial analysis or relevant experience + Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel and Powerpoint); experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI and Workday/Adaptive FP&A software a plus + Strong analytical and communication skills + High organization and ability to learn/adapt to new information + minimal travel required About our Line of Business At Abode Hospice and Home Health, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible: home.
