Responsibilities Financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and budget developmentReview monthly financial statements, labor detail and communicate key drivers to Operations/ExecutivesSummarize trend and actual to budget variances and prepare/execute improvement plansAide in preparation of monthly forecast Develop and/or modify financial models with changing business needsCollaborate effectively with field operations and across functional departments to provide high-level analysis and drive overall program successAssist with detailed annual budget processConduct ad hoc reporting/special projects Training of operational personnel on aspects of systems, accounting and financeOther duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Science preferredUnderstanding of Financial Statements and core accounting concepts (e.g. accruals)  Minimum of two to three years of financial analysis or relevant experience Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel and Powerpoint); experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI and Workday/Adaptive FP&A software a plus Strong analytical and communication skills High organization and ability to learn/adapt to new informationminimal travel required About our Line of Business At Abode Hospice and Home Health, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible: home.
