As part of the Global Ledger COE team you will gain exposure and experience working with cross-functional teams, with support and flexibility to manage and develop your career.

Responsibilities:

More specifically in the position you will:

Review and Report on financial system accesses for risk/SOD mitigationsReview and Report on new T-Code requests for rule set determinationReview the financial rule set for inconsistencies, accuracy and complianceReview and enrich data governance requests for new or changed data elements for the Global LedgerAssist with daily Global Ledger error monitoring and resolutionInvestigate the root cause and eliminate errors in financial transaction submissions from local ledgersPerform various Global Ledger (GAAP, Statutory, Tax ledger) close functions and report summations on a monthly cadencePresent at monthly or specific timed meetingsPerform UAT testing for enhancements and process changesIdentify and drive process improvementsBuild relationships with technology and business management, internal clients and external stakeholdersAbility to connect the data from the source to Global Ledger data enrichment to how the enriched Global Ledger data is consumed by our data users

Required Qualifications:

Basic Required:

College degree with major in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience/ training2 to 5 years finance/accounting experienceDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnershipsExceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a matrix organizationStrong oral and written communication skillsHighly proficient personal computer skills and technology drivenAbility to prioritize assignments/projects and multitask within restricted time constraints

Basic Preferred:

Experience/strong knowledge of S4/SAP financial systemsAudit and Assurance experienceCPA
