Financial Analyst - Enterprise FP&A

**Description**
**The Role**
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, scenario modeling and trend analysis.
+ Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
+ Help prepare materials for internal presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
+ Collaborate with segment and function finance directors to gather inputs, commentary, and validate assumptions.
+ Perform ad hoc financial analysis and provide financial modeling support for key stakeholders across Finance in areas such as Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development and Controllership.
+ Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including script writing, Q&A prep, investor presentations, and financial data tables.
+ Help collect, analyze, and produce the support materials for the Enterprise Investment Committee.
+ Support the development of investor-facing materials such as press releases, earnings announcements, and other regulatory compliance filings.
+ Maintain key financial models and support materials for Investor Relations.

**Qualifications**
**The Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
+ 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Accounting; preferably from a public company.
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools is a plus.
+ Familiarity with financial statements and comfortable with interpreting corporate disclosures.
+ Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow into a more senior Finance or Investor Relations role over time.
+ Team player with a can-do attitude who is open to sharing team responsibilities.
+ Ability to work within a lean team in a fast-paced environment that requires a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and flexibility.
+ A demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently to problem solve and create new solutions.
+ Excellent time management skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks with limited oversight.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $60,000.00-$80,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
