You will work closely with senior management and business stakeholders, taking ownership of core financial processes while proactively identifying areas for improvement. Your role will expand quickly, offering opportunities to lead impactful projects and shape the future of EF’s financial operations. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis: Support the budgeting process, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights to business leaders.Accounting Collaboration: Work closely with accounting teams across multiple countries to make sure financial guidelines are followed, ensure data accuracy, and standardize financial reporting practices.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, supporting statutory closes, external audits, and performance tracking. Additionally, handle internal tasks such as calculating commissions and accruals, cost allocations, and other financial processes.Revenue & Cost Management: Monitor revenue streams and cost structures, identifying opportunities for optimization.Data Analytics & Technology: Leverage Excel, Salesforce and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) to extract and analyse data, develop dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and automation in financial operations, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.  The Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.1+ years of experience in financial analysis, business controlling, accounting or consulting. Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, and process automation is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract complex data into actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required) and experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, or other analytics tools is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic business setting.Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).  Why Join EF?
