Experience what’s next at Avnet! **Job Summary:** The Customer Pricing and Profitability Analyst will play a key role in supporting pricing strategy, customer analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives. This position delivers actionable insights through data analysis and supports account management and leadership with analytics and profitability analyses as well as quoting and cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen to support informed, strategic choices that drive sustainable growth and long-term customer value. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze customer profitability and pricing performance across new and existing accounts. + Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop and refine pricing strategies and initiatives. + Prepare detailed analyses for existing customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and pricing models. + Develop and maintain pricing tools and processes. + Identify pricing and margin improvement opportunities through data mining and trend analysis. + Support margin improvement initiatives with relevant data and recommendations. + Ensure data integrity and consistency in pricing and customer profitability reporting. + Track and report on key pricing KPIs and customer performance metrics. **Work Experience:** + Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. **Education and Certification(s):** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. **Distinguishing Characteristics:** + Self starter with demonstrated ability to utilize leadership and planning skills to complete complex projects on schedule. + Excellent presentation skills, including presenting financial data and identifying benefits and risks. + Ability to influence and develop effective working relationships across functions. + Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work with complex financial models. + Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels of the organization. + Strong proficiency in Excel. + Experience with SAP is a plus. **What We Offer:** Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
