Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify trends. • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. • Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business challenges or opportunities. • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual figures, providing explanations and recommendations. • Utilize data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. • Support strategic planning initiatives with data-driven recommendations. • Continuously refine financial processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling. • Strong proficiency with financial tools and software. • Ability to conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights. • Familiarity with data mining techniques and statistical tools. • Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills for presenting findings to various stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
