The Role As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our finance team. You’ll assist with budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis—gaining hands-on experience and contributing to strategic financial decisions. What You’ll Do Financial Analysis & Reporting Assist in preparing financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support month-end close activities such as journal entries and account reconciliations. Develop and maintain financial models to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Business Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business reviews and reporting needs. Identify and communicate key trends and variances to help address performance opportunities. Provide data-driven insights to support financial inquiries across departments. Project Assistance Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed. Support senior team members on key initiatives and strategic efforts. Learn and grow in areas such as data analysis tools and financial systems. What We’re Looking For Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role—or relevant internships. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Effective data analysis skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Competencies Proven analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow. Effective communication skills with the ability to present data clearly. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about problem-solving and supporting financial processes.
