Key Responsibilities + Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. + Prepare detailed variance analyses, forecasts, and reports for management, ensuring data accuracy. + Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and reporting. + Utilize NetSuite to manage budgeting, reporting, and financial systems, optimizing processes within the platform. + Contribute to financial modeling and support budgeting efforts across departments. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. + Assist with ad hoc projects related to financial performance and operational efficiency. Requirements + Experience: 4-6years of financial analysis experience, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and modeling. + Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel is required; experience with other ERP systems is a plus. + Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. + Skills: Advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to present complex data in an accessible way. + Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
