**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate finance team as a Financial Analyst, working in-person, in our Glen Allen, VA location.
This individual will play a critical role in building & maintaining financial models, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Reporting to the FP&A manager, this position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and financial reporting.
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Analyst-designed and maintained ad-hoc reporting to consult with business unit leaders to assist in driving data driven decisions.
+ Manage monthly KPI reports, P&L statements, & balance sheets
+ Contribute to the annual budgeting process.
+ Develop a deep understanding of business metrics, identifying key drivers and risks from a financial perspective.
+ Research and analyze historical trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and KPIs
+ Assist in preparing external reports for the Board and Banks.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance
+ 2+ years of FP&A experience supporting various aspects of the business across the entire P&L
+ SQL experience a plus
+ Experience working with large sets of data to generate meaningful insights
+ Proficiency in complex financial modeling and data analysis
+ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
+ Comfort questioning assumptions and seeking deeper insights
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
+ Working knowledge of accounting principles, including revenue recognition and accrual vs. cash accounting
+ Experience delivering executive-level communication
+ Familiarity with analysis and planning tools
**Other Requirements:**
+ Successful completion of background checks, including criminal history, motor vehicle records, and credit checks.
+ Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug screening.

The compensation range for this position is between $85,000 to $95,000. Compensation for this position may vary based on geographic location and other factors. We remain committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation to all employees, regardless of their location.
