As we expand by onboarding additional Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) companies and advancing new capital projects, we are seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to play a vital role in supporting these efforts. Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will partner closely with the VP of Finance and other stakeholders to provide timely, accurate financial analysis and modeling. This role is crucial in supporting multiple owners across the organization, enabling deeper financial insights without relying solely on senior leadership for every detailed analysis. Key Responsibilities: + Create comprehensive reports and analyses to support one or multiple business disciplines or geographic regions. + Prepare complete financial models and present data clearly and concisely to facilitate effective decision-making. + Support P&L owners by delivering requested analytics and insights. + Collaborate with other departments, such as Development, to ensure model assumptions are accurate and aligned with business realities. + Assist in financial planning, capital allocation, and other key financial decisions. + Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in all meetings and team interactions. + Contribute positively to team culture and support senior Finance teammates and business partners through insightful analytics. + Develop robust, reusable financial models that can be adapted to similar challenges across the organization. + Deliver analyses on schedule and proactively communicate potential risks or delays with sufficient lead time. + Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of longer-term initiatives. + Build models that are scalable, efficient, and balanced in complexity based on project priority and urgency. + Design problem-solving approaches and develop models guided by high-level input from Finance, Operations, and other lane leads. + Foster strong and productive relationships with internal stakeholders across functions. + Collect and analyze data to support business partner decision-making. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; required. + Experience: Two years of Healthcare experience, preferred. + Additional Skills Required: + Analytical skills: must be able to absorb large amounts of data, reaching sound business conclusions without getting “analysis paralysis”. + Advanced data manipulation and Microsoft Excel skills: comfort and competency working with complex/integrated financial models. + General business knowledge and resourcefulness; candidate must possess aptitude and acumen necessary to leverage resources across functions of an organization to collect information or develop solutions to problems where definitive answers may not exist. + Excellent communication skills: must be adept at presenting his/her ideas or recommendations orally and in writing. + Strong interpersonal skills, highly professional demeanor and proven ability to develop and foster strong working relationships. + High energy level: someone who understands the urgency of meeting the organization’s needs; a sleeve-up style that is comfortable doing and delegating.
