Description We are seeking a detail-oriented analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this hybrid role based in Downtown Pittsburgh, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: • Conduct compliance reviews, general ledger reconciliations, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory adherence. • Prepare and validate financial statements, including statements of condition and accounts, for internal and external audits. • Collaborate on Compliance Operations projects and bank-wide initiatives to drive process improvements and problem-solving. • Resolve routine customer inquiries within established timelines and quality standards. • Participate in cross-training activities to expand knowledge and provide backup support across teams. • Support activities related to compliance with regulatory entities, including reporting to the Board of Directors and management. • Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements to improve validation and reconciliation workflows. • Assist with new product setups, test plans, and system functionality testing from an operational perspective. • Deliver high-quality service and operational support while ensuring customer service objectives are met. • Promote diversity and inclusion by modeling exemplary behavior aligned with organizational values.
