Description We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a contract-to-permanent opportunity with a respected company in Fort Worth, TX. This is a permanent, 100% onsite role ideal for a finance professional with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial performance and prepare regular forecasts and variance reports Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-range planning Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy Support monthly and quarterly reporting for management and stakeholders Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required) 2–4 years of relevant financial analysis experience Strong Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and lookups Experience with financial systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Must be able to work onsite permanent in Fort Worth, TX Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
