About the Role
In this role, you’ll support a wide range of financial and administrative functions, from month-end close activities to fixed asset administration and tax documentation. You’ll work closely with global teams and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account analysis Support R&D spend reporting and fixed asset administration Complete customer and vendor setup forms and tax documentation (e.g., W-9s, sales tax exemptions) Maintain approval tables and process manual payments and intercompany transfers in the ERP system Assist with royalty calculations, sales reporting, and Channel Marketing Fund process management Participate in data cleansing projects to improve financial reporting accuracy Provide general administrative and financial support as needed We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or business administration Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with fixed asset administration Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a corporate environment Why Join Us

Pay Details: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
