Financial Analyst (Hybrid – Miami, FL)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior or Lead Financial Analyst to step into a key Finance Lead role supporting General and Administrative (G&A) functions. Based in Miami with a hybrid schedule (Fridays remote), this role partners closely with the Assistant Vice President (AVP) to drive financial insights and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Lead G&A budgeting and forecasting, including headcount planning, travel, consulting spend, and payroll analysis.Collaborate with the AVP to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.Prepare and present high-impact financial presentations to senior leadership.Analyze and summarize complex data sets to support decision-making.Support ad hoc financial projects and cross-functional initiatives.Track open positions and assess financial implications.

What You Bring

Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.Strong understanding of G&A cost structures and headcount management.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
