.We are working with a respected client seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role will support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and want to make a direct impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.
+ Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.
+ Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
+ Partner with business units to support operational and strategic planning.
+ Build and enhance financial models for scenario analysis and performance tracking.
+ Analyze key financial metrics and prepare presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
+ 2–5+ years of financial analysis, FP& A, or corporate finance experience.
+ Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and reporting tools.
+ Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in budgeting and forecasting in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
+ Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
+ Proven track record of supporting business decision-making through analysis.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least five years of proven experience in financial analysis or a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
• Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and data analysis.
• Skilled in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
• In-depth understanding of financial systems, institutions, and industry best practices.
