Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Dania Beach, FL. Overview: The Financial Analyst is part of the corporate finance support team. The Financial Analyst's responsibilities include owning our financial modeling software (VENA). This includes supporting the system, aiding our regional associates with onboarding, coaching and troubleshooting reporting or system challenges. The positions is also responsible for consolidating financials, monthly, quarterly and annually. In addition, analyzing financial statements/reports, preparing projections, and performing research/analysis as may be required by leadership. As a Financial Analyst, you will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance, assisting with monthly close processes and populating operational KPI's. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Maintaining and having full knowledge of our Financial Modeling Software - VENA * Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and monthly close processes * Create ad hoc analysis as needed * Consolidate quarterly forecasts and annual budget * As a Financial Analyst, you will prepare variance analysis and provide variance reporting as necessary * Monthly consolidation of financials * Maintenance, improvement and creation of financial models * Tracking monthly operational and financial KPI's * Understanding of key business drivers * Communication and collaboration with financial and non-financial related departments
