Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members on financial analysis, investment evaluations, and financial modeling.

• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and investment memoranda for both internal and external use.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, identifying key performance indicators and assessing overall financial health.

• Monitor investment performance and track financial metrics.

• Assist in the preparation of periodic performance and portfolio reports.

• Participate in meetings and calls, providing insights and supporting decision-making processes.

• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of financial and investment initiatives.

• Stay current on financial regulations and industry best practices.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA designation or progress toward certification is highly preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; experience in a family office or investment-focused environment is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset and strong initiative.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
