Description Robert Half is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join the finance operations of our clients. As a Financial Analyst, you will provide detailed insights into financial performance, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and create financial models to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities + Analyze and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights and recommendations. + Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis. + Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. + Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, scenarios, and strategies. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends impacting financial performance. + Generate dashboards and reports using advanced Excel techniques or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. + Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate financial planning and decision support. + Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations. Requirements + 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles; experience with budgeting and forecasting required. + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus but not required. + Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, or NetSuite. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP) required, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. + Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to present complex data effectively. + CFA, FP& A Certification, or similar financial certifications are advantageous.
